Fractional microneedle radiofrequency is one of the most modern therapeutic methods in aesthetic medicine. Triclinium was the first clinic in Poland to introduce it to its offer and has the largest experience in therapies with it-we have performed over 5000 treatments for various aesthetic indications. Dr. Marek Wasiluk has worked and tested various RF microneedle devices for the last 6 years. As a result, he has managed to develop his own proprietary therapeutic methods and treatment protocols, which are highly effective and include the treatment of stretch marks, scars, enlarged pores or face and body lifting.
Fractional RF microneedle treatments involve simultaneous micro-puncturing and heating of the skin by radio waves. Thedevice head is terminated with a disposable, sterile pad equipped with 25-49 gold-plated microneedles, which are heated to 45-60 degrees Celsius upon injection. When we apply the head to the skin, the needles stick to the programmed depth and then an electromagnetic pulse is sent to warm the skin. This way, unlike in regular radiofrequency, not only the tissue surface is heated, but also its deeper layers -from 0.5 to 3.5 mm (fine adjustment feasible).
Fractional RF microneedle is particularly effective in removing stretch marks. This is currently the only method that allows to eliminate even old stretch marks. Our trade-mark therapy “No Stretch Marks” was developed by our expert, Dr. Marek Wasiluk, in 2013. Over the years of clinical practice and thousands of performed procedures, it has been improved and is currently the most effective therapy for stretch marks in the world, difficult to copy in other offices. The effects of the treatments are really spectacular.
